About

The disposable Diaplate™ is a 96 well micro-dialysis plate ideal for the dialysis of protein from very small volumes of up to a maximum of 3.2μl.
Each of the 96 wells has a separate regenerated cellulose membrane. ANSI/ SLAS 1-2004 standards provide high-throughput use with robotic dispensing.
The SWISSCI  Diaplate™ comes as with a choice of 3, 5, 10 or 30 KDa MWCO membranes. The Diaplate™ kit includes: Diaplate with 200 Micron Pressure Adhesive Spacer, 200 Micron UVP Cover Film, UVXPO evaporation cover plate and a Sealing Paddle.

About

The SWISSCI MRC Under Oil 96 Well Crystallisation plate uses oil as a seal and active diffusion mechanism for the purpose of running macromolecular crystallization under oil.
The plate offers unique properties that make it ideal for both nanolitre crystallisation screening and microlitre optimisation alike. The plate was developed at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (Cambridge, UK) in collaboration with Dr. Jan Löwe and colleagues. It is a result of many years of experience in successful robotic high-throughput crystallization.

About

The Hydrophobic (silanized) Glass Base comes in ANSI/SLAS 1-2004-Standard (SBS) format allowing for easy automation and high throughput screening. The Double Sided Pressure Adhesive, available in 60μm and 120μm, comes readily stuck to the Glass Base with space for barcode application. The Double Sided Pressure Adhesive has 96 holes
that are 7mm in diameter and have a 2.3μ volume in the 60μm version and 4.6μl volume for 120μm. The large diameter almost eliminates the occurrence of precipitation solution being pulled to the side, which can often happen with smaller diameter holes.

The SWISSCI XPol LCP comes as standard with 175μm Cover Glass. For the addition of UV/Flu, UV Cover Films are also available upon request at 40μm, 100μm or 200μm thickness.

The MRC Maxi optimization plate is a new design for macromolecular crystallization presented in a 48 well format. Offering easy to automate crystallization optimization with large sitting-drops.
